Married to Kunjachen (G.V. Chacko), Thyparambil, Mundyappally. Both were teachers. They had 7 children, 4 girls and 3 boys. Kunjujamma, Ammukutty, Leela, Joykutty, Thampy, Omana and Raju. Kunjujamma and Ammukutty died.
G.V. Chacko died on 15-5-1960 at the age of 58
Mariakutty Chacko died on 11-6-1978 at the age of 78
